Balls Media out for online television growth plan

Digital publisher Balls Media plans to produce online-only TV without the overheads of traditional broadcast operations

Digital publisher Balls Media is looking to the potential of video content after tripling its revenue this year.

The company, which runs sports website Balls.ie, entertainment site The Sliced Pan and has recently acquired student site Collegetimes.com, increased its sales from €300,000 in 2015 to nearly €1 million this year.
