Avestus may wrap up €200m property fund in time for Christmas
Company’s latest venture is likely to be dedicated to private rental sector
Avestus Capital Partners, the property investment house founded by former executives at Derek Quinlan’s firm Quinlan Private, is putting the finishing touches to a new €200 million property fund.
The company is engaged in talks with several funding partners, including the Irish Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), the state-backed investment house formed from the former National Pension Reserve Fund (NPRF).
