Padraig McEneaney is chief executive of Celtic Pure, the bottled water company employing more than 60 people in Co Monaghan. McEneaney established Celtic Pure in 2000 with his wife Pauline. The company produces 120 million bottles of water annually and recently completed a €18 million investment in its Corcreagh plant.
