Applegreen shares rise on stock market debut
Shares in petrol forecourt retailer Applegreen rose by as much as 13 per cent to €4.30 on its first day of trading on the Irish Stock Exchange.
The company, which raised €91.7 million in a placing at a price of €3.80 per share ahead of its stock market debut, said it will use the proceeds to fuel growth of its business in Ireland and Britain.
