Dublin school friends Gráinne O’Malley and Susan McDaid have brought their combined experience in marketing and film production to a new venture running quirky promotional events around the country.

The pair started Green Shoes Events in Dublin last February and found success with a sold-out Father Ted-themed Lovely Girls’ Competition in the city’s Grafton Lounge the following May.
