Allianz takes Dublin firm to High Court over fake insurance cover

The German insurance giant issued a warning last month stating that Tessline Limited, which is based in Santry, is falsely claiming its products are covered by the insurer

A Dublin-based investment firm which describes itself as “one of the most successful companies in the world” has been taken to the High Court by Allianz over fraudulent claims.

The German insurance giant issued a warning last month stating that Tessline Limited, which is based in Santry, is falsely claiming its products are covered by the insurer.

Facebook, Google and Pinterest are also named in the High Court proceedings. Tessline’s social media accounts...
