Aldborough House lease dispute heads for High Court

Property was built in 1796 and regarded as one of the last great Dublin mansions

Reliance Investments, the owner of the dilapidated Georgian mansion, Aldborough House, will begin a case in the High Court on March 15 to oust a company controlled by the businessman Philip Marley, which is preventing its restoration.

Built in 1796 and located on Dublin’s Portland Row, Aldborough House is regarded as one of the last great Dublin mansions.
