Airports support 4.1% of GDP in Europe - study

A new study has revealed that Europe’s airports contribute to the employment of 12.3 million people and account for 4.1 per cent of European GDP.

The study, conducted by ACI Europe, found that Europe’s airports generate €675 billion to GDP each year.
