Airbnb lobbyist added to powerful state tourism body
Airbnb’s chief Irish lobbyist has been added to an influential government tourism advisory group which is tasked with coming up with policies for the multibillion euro industry.
Jean Hoey, the chief policy officer for Airbnb Ireland, will join the Tourism Leadership Group, which aims to formulate an action plan to grow the sector between now and 2025.
