Aer Lingus receives revised offer of €2.55 per share from IAG

Aer Lingus said it has received a revised offer of €2.55 per share from IAG, including a cash offer of €2.50 a share and a cash dividend of €0.05 per share.

Aer Lingus said it has received a revised offer of €2.55 per share from IAG, including a cash offer of €2.50 a share and a cash dividend of €0.05 per share.

The revised proposal remains conditional on due diligence, the recommendation of its board and acceptance by the Minister for Finance Michael Noonan and Ryanair, both of whom are major shareholders in the airline.

Aer Lingus said it is considering the revised proposal.
