Aer Lingus chases diversity with new frequent flier scheme
The airline has announced a rebrand of Gold Circle - its 28-year-old loyalty programme
Aer Lingus is shedding its loyalty club’s old image in a bid to build a 300,000 membership for its new frequent flier offering by 2017.
The airline announced a rebrand of Gold Circle, its 28-year-old loyalty programme, as AerClub last week.
Following market research and feedback from 2,500 Gold Circle members, it found that members wanted more options to purchase and upgrade seats, greater rewards for short haul flights and more chances to redeem travel points.
