New research indicates that more personalised ads are just around the corner, and they will find you everywhere

How can companies combat this waste? Using data to deliver personalised adverts, according to a new report from software company Salesforce.

Last year, advertisers used an average of 5.4 data sources, including customer relationship management data, online data, and demographic data, and next year they’re planning to use an average of 6.2, according to Salesforce Digital Advertising 2020 Research.
