Activate Capital to invest €100m more in new houses

Activate has already committed €150 million supporting developers building 2,300 homes

Activate Capital, a provider of residential development finance and funding in Ireland, plans to invest €100 million more building houses over the next six months.

Activate, which is backed by the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and global investment firm KKR, has already committed €150 million supporting developers building a pipeline of 2,300 homes. It expects to finance through to completion and sale over 500 houses this year.
