Accenture report says customers are after the ‘magic touch’

The report, conducted by Fjord, which is part of Accenture Interactive, was designed to highlight future trends around customer experiences and expectations.

She added that the pace of change is “incredible” in relation to technology advancements and customer expectations, but businesses must keep up.
