Accenture paid €20m for Rothco

Accenture paid €20 million for advertising agency Rothco, it has emerged.

Accenture confirmed the acquisition of the independent agency by its Accenture Interactive arm last Thursday. The deal, which was first reported in this newspaper last week, is likely to include performance and earn-out targets.
