An Irish corporate gifting start-up, which has just secured almost €6 million in funding, is banking on large corporations turning to it to help maintain increasingly elusive customer loyalty.

“Keeping customers loyal to your brand is hard. We live in a subscription economy, and we have more choice than ever,” Jonathan Legge, co-founder of &Open, told the Business Post.
