With filming for the second season of Smother already under way, Kate O’Riordan, the screenwriter behind the hit RTÉ drama, is celebrating another win for the series in the British market.
UKTV has licensed the exclusive rights to broadcast Smother in Britain. The London-based media company will air the six-part series on Alibi, its crime drama channel, later this year.
