Charities worldwide look to Address Point for homeless

An Post’s initiative to help homeless people receive mail has attracted interest from charities and postal service providers around the world.

The Address Point scheme provides a secure personal postal address to people who are homeless or in temporary accommodation. They can then pick up their post at a nominated post office.

The aim is to help some of the 10,000 people who are homeless in Ireland to arrange medical appointments, maintain contact...
