There’s nothing bashful about No Offence (Channel 4). It’s a brash, rude, comedy cop show with, in the first episode, a serial killer targeting Down Syndrome girls and a script that would make Full Metal Jacket’s gunnery sergeant Hartman blush to the brim of his campaign hat. The title is deliberately ironic.
