Tomás Clancy's trio of wines
The Hugel family have been making wine in Alsace since 1639, and their famous yellow label is almost synonymous with Alsace and indeed Riesling. This is a wine entirely as exotic as its name with orange, rose petal and perfumed rosé water Turkish delight notes all vying for your palate’s attention. It is rich, but lean and dry at the finish.
