This sun-drenched Portuguese treat is from the Setubal region to the south of Lisbon. I seem to go through phases of adoring this wine, the same way I do with my old Van Morrison albums. Made in open lagars, it offers super ripe dark fruit, with a savoury, spicy soul. Delicious and very well-priced fare from an overlooked region.
