THIS week, Barry and Paul McNerney from Juniors on Bath Avenue in Dublin 4 (juniors.ie) present three recipes from their new evening menu, which is served Monday to Saturday from 6pm.
These dishes are among our favourites on the evening menu at Juniors. Mussels are light and zesty in the summer, and warm and comforting in the winter – they’re a year-round favourite. The steak recipe makes the most of a great ingredient, and the cheesecake is our homage to Junior’s of Brooklyn: it’s a slice of NYC in the heart of Dublin.
