Sorbets, strawberries and semi-freddo, oh my!

Orange thyme sorbet

Ingredients; serves six

600ml fresh orange juice

150g caster sugar

Juice of half a lemon

Half tsp chopped fresh thyme

Orange shells

Julienne of orange zest

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a pan and gently bring to the boil until the sugar is dissolved. Take off the heat and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
