Share of cars sold with debt attached has doubled in three years

The increase is thought to be in line with more reliance on hire purchase and PCPs

New research by Cartell.ie, the vehicle data expert, which specialises in used car history reports, reveals that more people than ever are selling cars with finance still outstanding on them, a practice that is not allowed.
