Renvyle chef serves up Gallic gastronomy

Chef Tim O’Sullivan has been serving up wonderful food at Renvyle House in Connemara for years, and he turns his attention to the French classics next month for a weekend of Gallic food and wine.

Priced from €225 per person sharing, the weekend takes place from November 23 to 25 and includes two nights’ B&B, a wine tasting with nibbles on Friday night, and a banquet dinner with wine and entertainment on Saturday.
