Kill-based Trouble Brewing rarely goes above the sessionable level, but the brewery has extended itself somewhat here to deliver an honest IPA.

Inspired in part by Guy Fawkes, Trouble has gone outside the brewery’s comfort zone with Sabotage. At 5.5 per cent ABV, it is still at a level where drinkers can enjoy a couple on an evening.
