Day one

5am, Dublin: I haven’t slept too well, worried my alarm wouldn’t go off on time. I’m excited and a little nervous, as today I’m heading to the Arctic with Debra Ireland, the charity that supports people in Ireland living with the butterfly skin condition EB.
