Is technology turning us into fat, lazy eejits? It’s a valid question, albeit one that no one on a tech marketing team would be caught dead asking, not to mind confessing an interest in having you answer. But seriously: for the good of our health, isn’t it time that, instead of shouting “More, please!” to all new personal technology, we uttered the less easy phrase “Stop!”?
