Claudia Boyle: an adventurous spirit

The RTÉ NSO returned to its Friday night residency with a resounding splash in a great melodic lake of Tchaikovsky favourites. Besides its obvious attractions – and a full house was one of them – it also served the purpose of being a flag-waver for the orchestra’s new 2015-16 season, which is now under way with principal conductor Alan Buribayev in his final season.
