At the top of the famous Saulier lift in the French ski resort of Courchevel, what to name the eatery there is obvious. Le Panoramic restaurant offers an unrivalled view of Mont Blanc as immaculately coiffed women in fur hats and their leather-skinned ski instructors cut perfect arcs in the snow outside.
