Kinevane gets under the skin with an intense performance

Pat Kinevane looks like a demon. The actor crawls out of a makeshift tomb accompanied by thunderous music, his shaven head painted gold and the rest of his body covered in black rags. He welcomes us to the Tumbledown Cemetery in Cobh, then reveals himself as a recently deceased Cork woman who wants to tell her life story.
