Irish design worth more than €37 billion to the economy

New research shows 48,000 people were involved in the design economy in 2014

ID2015 was launched to realise and expand the value of design to the Irish economy

Irish design is worth over €37 billion to the economy and accounts for 20 per cent of all exports, according to a new government research document based on the findings of the Irish Design 2015 initiative.
