In these busy, online-obsessed times, the art of good etiquette is becoming increasingly irrelevant to sections of the younger generation

There was a time when the phrase “manners maketh the man” (or woman, for that matter) was gospel - and how a person behaved, spoke and even dressed was an indicator of how they were raised.
