Have we lost our manners?

There was a time when the phrase “manners maketh the man” (or woman, for that matter) was gospel - and how a person behaved, spoke and even dressed was an indicator of how they were raised. Of course, this is still true to some extent, but an increasing number of people believe that etiquette is an outdated notion, all but irrelevant in today’s society.
