Ingredients, makes six

25g cocoa powder

3 tbsp boiling water

2 eggs

2 tbsp milk

90g self-raising flour

50g soft butter

100g caster sugar

For the vanilla and white chocolate ganache

450ml cream

225g white chocolate, roughly chopped into small pieces

1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped
