Everyone knows how ill advised it is to judge a book by its cover, but one look at Chris Carter tells you he’s a rock musician. Born in Brazil, Carter toured the world several times with a number of glam rock bands. He also flipped burgers for a living and worked as an exotic dancer, all while achieving a postgraduate qualification in criminal psychology from the University of Michigan.
