What’s not to like about the prospect of an evening of pork and beer? That’s what’s on offer on October 12 at the Limerick Strand Hotel, when executive chef Tom Flavin will host a dinner featuring featuring canapés on arrival, slow-roasted hog and beers from local brewery Treaty City.
