Meet some of the country’s best chocolate makers in Kilkenny on November 8. Mary Teehan from The Truffle Fairy, Karen Keane from Bean & Goose and Alyssa Jade McDonald from Blyss Chocolate will be at Highbank Orchard in Cuffesgrange to discuss their individual approaches to chocolate and the merits of bean to bar, and will be offering tastings of their products. The event, which is being organised by Keith Bohanna of the BiaBeag food blog, will begin at 6.30pm. Tickets are €8. For more information, see biabeag.com.
