Lady Grey

This is by far the most successful of the various tea-based cocktails now on offer. Decorum prevents me from offering the Irish Tea Party as my preferred tea cocktail today. Though not absolutely awful, the blend of Irish Breakfast Tea, Jameson and absinthe smacks too much of Paddywhackery for my liking.
