Blasket Island lamb is back on the menu at Cork’s Market Lane restaurant group this autumn – last year poor weather in Dingle meant the animals couldn’t be safely transported from their home on Beaginish Island. Dingle butcher Jerry Kennedy said conditions on the island make this a very special food product.
