Fig and honey frangipane tarts
Ingredients, makes 12 mini tarts
12 ripe figs
1 pack sweet shortcrust pastry (400g)
40g butter
40g caster sugar
40g ground almonds
2 tsp plain flour
1 egg
60ml honey
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Grease a 12-piece cupcake tray and dust with flour.
