You might have heard that making peace with food is a key part of intuitive eating, but perhaps you’re sitting there scratching your head wondering where to start. Giving ourselves unconditional permission to eat all foods (yep, even gluten, unless you’ve avoiding it for a medical reason, and sugar!) can feel daunting, particularly if we’ve got a food “banned list” the length of our arm.
