The sky’s the limit for Maserati’s drop-top MC20 Cielo supercar
Maserati builds on the brilliance of its MC20 supercar with this stunning convertible version
A high-end Maserati would normally be named after a wind – Grecale, Ghibli or Mistral – to give it an air of the exotic. But the Italian company has clearly decided its new supercar, built to beat Ferrari at its own game, doesn’t need any such fripperies. So MC20 it is, but Maserati has added a little panache by calling the spectacular new convertible version the “Cielo”, which means sky in Italian.
