The pandemic has taken its toll in so many ways and while some aspects are more devastating than others, something that is often overlooked is the impact that various lockdowns have had on friendships.

Some people are great for communicating via video link, some are more old school and enjoy regular lengthy natters on the phone, but others find it difficult to keep in touch without actual face-to-face catch-ups.
