Rebecca Miller: ‘I try to make stories where people want to turn the page’

Rebecca Miller, who has written and adapted much of her own work and life for the screen, talks to Tara Brady about making a documentary about her father, Arthur Miller, and about her new collection of short stories

Somewhere between writing novels and making movies, Rebecca Miller has a home to run in Wicklow, populated by her sons Ronan and Cashel, and her stepson, Gabriel Kane Day-Lewis. In person, Miller, much like her work, is so profoundly elegant and feminine, it’s odd to picture her life in Boytown.
