The dedication to Irish food we see in many bars and restaurants doesn’t always carry over to their drinks offerings

It always puts a smile on my face when I'm in a restaurant, bar or hotel and see the regional provenance of their Irish food suppliers. Many Irish chefs and venue owners are so proud of their locavore credentials that they'll list their suppliers on a first name basis - the farmer who supplies their steaks, for example.

But for me, that type of dedication feels a little incomplete when I look at their bar, ...
