Conor Miley is a Dublin-born, Wexford-based singer-songwriter who previously played with the folk band We Raise Bears. He has just released his debut solo single Father’s Day, which is inspired by his experience as a single parent in Ireland.

“[It’s about] institutional and cultural obstacles, where the expectation is still on one parent to do most of the child-rearing,” Miley says.
