Joe Ballance is the envy of many a music fan in this country. He holds the unique job title of ‘vibe manager’ at the Hard Rock Hotel in Dublin – his duties include being responsible for all aspects of music and entertainment, whether that’s helping a guest access one of the Fender guitars from the hotel’s inhouse collection or simply to deliver guests his choice of the vinyl he thinks they’ll enjoy during their stay.
