Let’s Pretend

Mark Senn and Ingrida Baceviciute’s first foray into the food business in Ireland was Veginity, a vegan food truck on Richmond Place in Dublin which they opened in 2016. Two years later they turned it into a restaurant on Dorset Street, while opening another bricks and mortar location, Vish&Chips, on Blessington Street.
