The Script drummer files lawsuit against former accountants

The drummer in one of Ireland’s most internationally successful pop groups is taking a High Court case against his former accountants.

Glen Power, 41, of The Script is claiming damages for alleged professional negligence by Dublin-based Charterhouse Financial Services Ltd. The musician is also claiming damages for alleged breach of duty, breach of statutory duty, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty and/or breach of trust.
