Ronan raises stakes in legal battle against Clancourt

A legal battle between a company owned by Johnny Ronan and Clancourt, the company owned by the Kenny developer family, has escalated even further with Ronan lodging a lawsuit against the state.

Ronan’s RGRE Burlington company lodged preliminary High Court proceedings on Tuesday against the Irish state and the attorney general, as well as against a company called Sunny Quarter DAC, which is owned by the Kennys.
